Upright deciduous shrub or small tree, 12 to 25 feet tall, with bronze emerging foliage maturing to glossy green and white flower clusters in spring. Dark blue berries follow flowering; leaves turn orange-red in fall.

Ornamental hybrid combining vigor with showy seasonality; prefers moist, well-drained soil and sun to part shade. Hardy and adaptable with minimal pest pressure. Excellent for screening, multi-season interest, and songbird habitat.
