Boxwood hebe (Hebe buxifolia, Plantaginaceae; synonym Veronica odora) is a slow-growing broadleaf evergreen shrub from New Zealand (North and South Islands, Stewart Island), reaching 1 to 1.5 meters tall with a spherical form. Foliage closely resembles boxwood (Buxus), giving the plant its common name. It is found naturally in subalpine to low mountain areas at 600 to 1,400 meters elevation.
