Rejoice™ is a Lake County ZAM-series narrow-upright crabapple (Zampini origin) bred for nursery uniformity and street-tree applications. The 20 × 10 ft narrow upright oval form fits sidewalk planting strips and tight residential corners. The cultivar's red- tinted spring foliage that matures through bronze green to deep green adds subtle multi-season interest, and the pale rose-pink flowers offer a softer color than the saturated pinks of cultivars like ‘Prairifire' or 'Purple Prince’. Disease resistance is good across all four major diseases (mostly Good ratings, Excellent on mildew) per JFS. For PNW street-tree applications and uniform commercial landscape installations, Rejoice is a viable competitor to other narrow-upright cultivars. Cross-reference narrow upright decision tree: 'Adirondack' (10 × 18 ft narrower, white flowers, excellent disease resistance), 'Ivory Spear®' (7 × 18 ft narrowest, white flowers), 'Coral Spear™' (8 × 20 ft, pink flowers), 'Rejoice™' (10 × 20 ft, pale rose-pink flowers). Cross-reference narrow upright decision tree: 'Adirondack' (white, excellent disease), 'Ivory Spear' (white, narrowest), 'Coral Spear' (pink), 'Rejoice' (pale rose-pink).
